• Procurement, management and claims resolution for specialty auto lines, and served as legal consultant for an enterprise specialty auto division, large commercial accounts.

 

• Review and drafting for domestic commercial auto policies, with a focus on fleets.

 

• Assists underwriters with language for complex, retro, and large-limit risks as well as composite rating.

 

• Identifies and implements strategies to improve risk management performance.

 

• Analyzes quality and quantity of accounts and claims made, and then formulates, implements, and measures results of any required corrective action plans, and prepares reports for executive management.

 

• Supports product development functions for auto products for the shared, gig, and similar economies.

 

• Trains underwriters regarding legal procedures for processing new and renewal business.
