Procurement, management and claims resolution of environmental insurance lines and classes, such as asbestos, chemical risks, commercial general liability, contractors environmental liability, environmental impairment liability (EIL), environmental general liability exposures, employers liability, excess over primary, herbicides, package auto liability, pesticides, premises pollution, professional liability, pollution legal liability (PLL), storage tank and transmission liability, toxic tort.

Reviews environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II, to identify cases of non-compliance with ASTM E1527-13 and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) (a/k/a "Superfund") regulations and non-conformance for existing and proposed facilities.

Ensures compliance with the “innocent landowner” defense under CERCLA regulations.

Legal support for the identification and proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, such as asbestos, contaminated groundwater, lead, mold, soil, for compliance with waste regulations such as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and worker health and safety.
