Continuing legal analysis of current issues (for example: the recent United States Supreme Court contradictory rulings, upholding the Maine ban on religious exemptions while simultaneously allowing religious exemptions in New York; the lawsuits by numerous States challenging the various mandates; and, the recent 5th Circuit Appellate Court order blocking the further implementation of the mandates).
